At Xcell Academy, we are committed to providing quality educational resources and ensuring a positive learning experience for all our students. Our refund policy is designed to offer fair terms while maintaining the integrity of our courses and services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for combo courses and under the following conditions:

  1. Failure in Board Exams(only for the subject of which a comco course is purchased):

    • If you have completed the entire course and still fail your board exams, you are eligible for a refund.

  2. Verification Process:

    • To process your refund, you must provide:
      • Your Full Name
      • Your Board Roll Number
    • Once these details are submitted, we will verify your claim with the respective board results.

Conditions for Refund

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the declaration of board exam results.
  • The course must have been fully completed, including all lessons, assignments, and assessments.
  • Refunds are not applicable for individual courses, notes, or other resources.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [contact@xcellacademy.co.in] with the subject line “Refund Request – Combo Course”.
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Full Name
    • Registered Email Address
    • Board Roll Number
    • Proof of Result (screenshot or scanned copy of the mark sheet)
  3. Once we verify your claim, we will notify you about the status of your refund request.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Individual courses, notes, PDFs, or other standalone resources are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are also not applicable in cases where the course was not completed or where results cannot be verified.
